Managing your Wellbeing with Type 1 Diabetes Discovery Day

This is a recording of JDRF’s Virtual Discovery Event which took place on 10th January 2024. This event was designed for anyone living with type 1 diabetes who would like to learn more about managing their wellbeing across a variety of contexts. We explored approaches and ideas around the themes of nutrition, mental health, physical activity and socialising.
