This event is designed for anyone living with type 1 diabetes who would like to learn more about managing their wellbeing across a variety of contexts. We will explore approaches and ideas around the themes of nutrition, mental health, physical activity and socialising in younger and older groups.
This Virtual Type 1 Diabetes Discovery Event is suitable for anyone who would benefit from insight and ideas around managing type 1 diabetes-related wellbeing.
