Living with type 1 diabetes can be tricky and challenging. Being female and dealing with major hormonal changes can make living with type 1 harder to manage.
Our ‘Virtual Type 1 Diabetes Discovery Event: Females and Type 1 Diabetes’ will highlight the hormonal variances of how being a female can affect our blood sugar control and that this variation is normal. This event is for all females with type 1 diabetes.

This is a recording of JDRF's Virtual Discovery Event which took place on 10th January 2024. This event was designed for anyone living with type 1 diabetes who would like to learn more about managing their wellbeing across a variety of contexts.
