From reviewing content and policies, to taking part in the development of support services and innovative research projects, your feedback and involvement means a lot and will help make a big difference.
There are a number of ways to get involved as a member of JDRF’s Insight and Experience Panel, depending on your interests.
We expect the opportunities to include:

Some opportunities will be one-offs, taking a few minutes or hours to complete. Others will require longer term commitment which may include attendance at several meetings over a period of time.
The level of commitment will be made clear for each opportunity and you do not have to take part in every project.

Those shortlisted for the role will be invited for an informal discussion over the phone*. This will give you the opportunity to ask us any questions and give us the chance to find out more about you too. We want to make sure that this is the right role for you and that you’ll be happy contributing to JDRF work in this way.
*Please note that if you are under 18 years old, we will seek parental agreement and request that they attend the initial phone conversation.
