Chiltern 50 Challenge 2024

About the event

The Chiltern 50 Challenge covers some of the best of the Chilterns countryside and is a brilliant way to raise funds for JDRF.

Walk, jog or run a 50k, 25k or 10k loop as an individual or a team, with full support and hospitality all the way. With a start & finish at the basecamp in Henley, there’s also a Saturday night celebration BBQ, bar & entertainment. Plus, with extensive on-site camping & parking options – there’s a challenge for everyone!

Your entry includes a range of free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support from medics, marshals and massage teams. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a special medal to celebrate your achievement.

Cost

1. Charity Sponsorship

You pay a small registration fee, raise the target amount and we cover the cost of your event place!

50km: £30 registration fee and £360 fundraising target

25km: £20 registration fee and £240 fundraising target

10km: £10 registration fee and £100 fundraising target

2. Mixed Funding

Pay half of the event place cost yourself with a lower fundraising target. We’ll then cover the rest.

50km: £75 registration fee and £225 fundraising target

25km: £50 registration fee and £150 fundraising target

10km: £22.50 registration fee and £70 fundraising target

3. Self Funding

You pay the full cost of the event place and fundraise whatever you want.

50km: £139 registration fee

25km: £89 registration fee

10km: £39 registration fee

As a fundraiser for JDRF, you will also receive a free charity t-shirt, access to a wide range of fundraising materials and full support from our Events team to help you hit your targets.
