It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is loneliness. The lovely Jasmine Jaffar (aka The Type That) has created this wonderful video for us in which she shares three ways that people with type 1 diabetes may experience loneliness and her tips for how to overcome each of them.
If you have type 1 diabetes and are struggling with your mental health, please contact Diabetes UK’s designated helpline on 0345 123 2399. Or, if you are worried that you or someone you know is in immediate danger, always contact 999.
