Researchers at City University of London would like to invite people aged 18-34 years living with diabetes to complete an online survey that explores a number of issues that may affect their attendance at diabetic eye screening and views on the screening process.

The information you provide will help researchers to make specific recommendations to improve the eye screening service.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

There will be an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of twenty Love2shop £20 vouchers

You can take part in the survey click here or for more information please contact: Professor John Lawrenson on j.g.lawrenson@city.ac.uk
