Thames Bridges Trek 2025

About the event

Join 2,000 trekkers and venture 25km across the Capital, taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points – its bridges!

Get the ‘Ultra Challenge’ support and hospitality all the way – helping you to push yourself further and achieve something really special, while raising vital funds towards the next type 1 diabetes breakthrough.

Setting out from Putney Bridge, you’ll head east towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges – each with its own fascinating story. There will be a midpoint stop at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens for some snacks and drinks.

Your challenge will culminate in one final push across the majestic Tower Bridge, before you reach the finish line in Southwark Park.

As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a hero’s welcome, a glass of fizz, an Ultra Challenge T-shirt, and a special medal to celebrate your achievement.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage.

Cost

As we’re an official partner on this event, you get a 25% discount on the ‘full sponsorship for charity’ registration fee when signing up to support us.

Option 1: Full sponsorship for charity

25km – £30 registration fee, plus £275 sponsorship target
10km – £20 registration fee, plus £100 sponsorship target

Option 2: Mixed funding for charity

25km – £50 registration fee, plus £150 sponsorship target
10km – £22.50 registration fee, plus £70 sponsorship target

Option 3: Self-funded charity fundraising

25km – £89 registration fee, then raise whatever you can
10km – £39 registration fee, then raise whatever you can
