Join JDRF for the South West Coast Challenge!
This stunning challenge begins at basecamp near the impressive Dunster Castle. You will then set off towards Minehead, taking in the stunning views as you trek the coastal path. This challenge is suitable for everyone as you can choose between 50km or 25km loop options, or join the family-friendly 10km event. You can also make a weekend of it, with camping options and festival-style hospitality at basecamp across the weekend.
Your entry includes a range of free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support from medics, marshals and massage teams. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz, a t-shirt, and a special medal to celebrate your achievement.

You pay a small registration fee, raise the target amount and we cover the cost of your event place!
50km challenge: £30 registration fee and £360 fundraising target
25km challenge: £20 registration fee and £240 fundraising target
10km challenge: £10 registration fee and £100 fundraising target
Pay half of the event place cost yourself with a lower fundraising target. We’ll then cover the rest.
50km challenge: £75 registration fee and £225 fundraising target
25km challenge: £50 registration fee and £150 fundraising target
10km challenge: £22.50 registration fee and £70 fundraising target
You pay the full cost of the event place and fundraise whatever you want.
50km challenge: £139 registration fee
25km challenge: £89 registration fee
10km challenge: £39 registration fee
As a fundraiser for JDRF, you will also receive a free charity t-shirt, access to a wide range of fundraising materials and full support from our Events team to help you hit your targets.
