Join our brand-new Facebook challenge today! Your challenge is to complete 100 squats a day during the month of September. That’s a total of 3,000 squats! Are you up for it?!

How do I take part?

  3. Register for your FREE t-shirt and calendar*
  4. Set up your fundraising page*
  5. Raise £100 or more to get your medal!

Who can take part?

Anyone aged 18 or over can join our Facebook group. Under 18s must have consent from a parent/guardian to register and take part in the challenge.

How much do I have to raise?

There’s no minimum amount but raise £100 or more for your very own medal!
