Join JDRF North for Climb 1 for Type 1 and climb Scafell on 22 June 2019.
On the same day, JDRF Scotland will be a taking a team up Ben Nevis and JDRF Wales will be tackling Snowdon – so on the same day we will be completing the National Three Peaks, all in the name of research.
Scafell is the tallest mountain in England and is 978m – we will be using the Wasdale route.
Professional guides from Large Outdoors, including a guide and JDRF supporter Nev Holmes whose son has type 1, will take you from Wasdale.
There will be some inspiring views as you take on this world famous mountain finishing off with a bespoke medal – why not take on all three over three years collecting the full set of medals?
